I have a broad range of experience in machine tool design and manufacture; everything from marketing to concept design to detail design and analysis, manufacture of components, sourcing, assembly, test, customer acceptance, through on-site installation, final acceptance testing and long-term/warrantee support. I do detail design and also engineering management. My smallest projects have been just me on up to a 38-engineer team supported by mfg staff on a multi-year project for a large aircraft manufacturer. I also serve as Senior Advisor to the President for public affairs - raising the profile of Electroimpact with State and local government. As Chief of Staff I promote and maintain Electroimpact corporate culture, conduct the raise review process, and provide progressive discipline where needed. I seek to get paid to build cool stuff and have fun while earning money and expanding the market share for my employer.
